Technical Officer:

A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University. The candidate should have minimum one year Post Qualification experience out of which 6 months should be industrial experience.

Age Limit :

Technical Officer – 30 years

Age Relaxation:

5 years for SC/ST
3 years for OBC
10 years for PWD

Salary:

Technical Officer – Rs.25,000/-

ECIL Recruitment Selection Process :

The merit list will be prepared, based on the aggregate percentage obtained in BE/ B Tech and work experience, as indicated below:- 80% of Marks will be allotted for aggregate marks scored in BE/ B Tech. obtained in Essential educational qualification
20% Marks will be allocated for work experience(5 Marks for min. stipulated work experience and additional 2.50 marks for every additional 06 months of experience up to a max of 20 marks)
In case of any tie in the above, class 12th followed by 10th and DOB shall be considered for arriving at the final merit Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Document Verification at New Delhi zonal Office.
Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on their aggregate marks obtained in the degree in required qualification and number of years of experience as indicated herein above in the ratio of 1:2.

Educational Qualification:

Scientific Assistant-A :

First Class B.Sc. degree with Chemistry from any recognized Institute / University & should have passed HSC / 12th / Intermediate with MPC / PCM background only. OR First class 3 yrs. diploma in Chemical course after SSC. OR 2 yrs. Diploma course after HSC / 12th with First Class from government approved polytechnic
institute in chemical discipline.

Junior Artisan:

Electrical Trade: Should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trade of Electrical with Minimum two years
of post-qualification experience in the field of Operations & Maintenance of sub-stations / UPS / Battery
/ DG Sets. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience.
Chemical Plant Operator: Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSC / 12th with Physics, Chemistry &
Mathematics. OR Minimum 60% marks in SSC with Science / Mathematics along with Trade Certificate of not less than two years duration in Chemical Plant operation. OR Should have passed ITI (AOCP-Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) / NCTVT in Chemical plant operations.

Age Limit :

Scientific Assistant/Junior Artisan – 35 years

Age Relaxation:

ECIL Recruitment Selection Process :

The entire selection will be made strictly based on merit. The candidates have to qualify in Written Test & Trade Test and the weightage is 40% & 60% respectively. There shall be no interview. Final merit list will be prepared considering the score of both Written Test & Trade Test.
Written test: The candidates have to bring their ID Proof viz. Aadhar, PAN, Voter-ID, Driving License or any of
the ID proofs issued by Govt. for attending the Written Test. Candidates are requested to carry their own pen/pencil & a writing pad/plank for the Written Test. The candidates, who are shortlisted through written test, will only be called for Trade Test, subject to production of all documents at the time of document verification.
